The Annual Staff meeting in 2011

On 28th December 2011 at lecture hall 12, in collaboration with Trade Union, the University Management Board held the Annual Staff meeting to review and evaluate the results of the school year 2010-2011 and passed the directions and tasks of the school year 2011-2012 as well as elected the People ‘s Inspection Board (2011-2013).

Attending the meeting were the Party Executive Board, the Administrators, Trade Union, secretary of Youth, the People ‘s Inspection Board and all staff.

At the conference, the People ‘s Inspection Board (2009-2011) reported its results, the trade units gave their comments on the Draft report of the school year 2010-2011 and tasks of 2011-2012. There were 116 comments sent from departments and 8 comments discussed at the conference. These comments with the sense of responsibility have analyzed the advantages and disadvantages in the implementation of tasks and proposed the solutions to overcome the shortcomings to get better results in the next school year )2011-2012). The Management Board made replies to the comments of Trade Union. It helped officials and employees well understand the real situation. The replies have satisfied everybody.

The Annual Staff meeting was conducted successfully after 4 hours of active contribution in the democratic atmosphere, high sense of responsibility. The meeting pointed out the directions and tasks of the school year 2011-2012 and elected the People ‘s Inspection Board (2011-2013) including:

1. Mr Nguyen Manh Tuyen - Chief of Testing and Quality Evaluation Office.

2. Mrs Pham Thi Thuy Van - Department of Clinical Pharmacy.

3. Mr Pham Tien Thanh - Department of Pharmaceutical Industry.

The conference encouraged all departments, units, teaching staffs and all students to promote the tradition of Hero Unit in teaching and learning well, doing research, building a friendly working environment and striving to complete the outstanding tasks of the school year 2011-2012 .
