The Office of Student Affairs and Health Services advises the Rector and implements the comprehensive management of learners; handles admission procedures, student records, and on-campus/off-campus residence; organizes political, moral, and lifestyle education; monitors and evaluates students’ conduct, performance, commendation, and discipline; ensures school security and order; guides and administers student policies and entitlements; provides academic, psychological, career, and financial support; connects with alumni; manages dormitory facilities; delivers healthcare services, disease prevention, and school health activities; and performs other tasks assigned by the University.
