In the joyful atmosphere of teachers and students across the country towards Vietnamese Teachers' Day on November 20th, with the excitement and pride of the hero university having 107 years of pharmacy training history, on the morning of November 18^th , 2021 at the 12th Lecture Hall, Hanoi University of Pharmacy solemnly held a meeting to celebrate the 39th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day; Announcement of the Rector's Decision and Welcome back the delegation of officials, learners and students who completed the task of supporting the prevention of COVID-19 in Ho Chi Minh City.

Conferment Ceremony of Honorary Professor Title upon Prof. Chul Soon Yong, Yeungnam University, Korea

In the afternoon of 20th August, 2021, the conferment ceremony of "Honorary Professor Title " to Prof. Chul Soon Yong, Former Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Yeungnam University (YU), Korea, Director ofPost Graduate Department of Clinical Pharmacy; Former President ofKorean Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology, Former President of Asian Federation of Pharmaceutical Sciences (AFPS), Former Chair of Organizing Committee for AFPS Conference 2013, was solemnly held online between Hanoi University of Pharmacy, Vietnam and Yeungnam University, Korea.

With an aimto strengthen the bilateral and multilateral cooperation in training, scientific research and international integration, in the morning of 24^th August, 2021, Hanoi University of Pharmacy (HUP) held an online meeting with the Faculty of Pharmacy of Mahidol University, Thailand and the University of Illinois at Chicago, USA to review the outcomesof cooperation in the past time and propose cooperation directions in the coming time.

Declare Decision on Appointing Hanoi University of Pharmacy’s Rector.

HUP - Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hai Nam (born in 1972), Senior Lecturer in Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Hanoi University of Pharmacy, was appointed Rector of Hanoi University of Pharmacy.

On 21^st July 2021, Prof. Nguyen Thanh Long, Minister of Health signed Decision No. 3539/QD-BYT on recognising Mr. Nguyen Hai Nam as Rector of Hanoi University of Pharmacy.

In the framework of the cooperation between the World Health Organization (WHO) and Hanoi University of Pharmacy, on the afternoon of March 31^st , 2021, a delegation of World Health Organization led by Dr. Momoe Takeuchi - Coordinator of the Health System Development Group in Vietnam - paid a working visiting to Ha Noi University of Pharmacy.

With the aim of improving the quality and gradually improving university governance, on the morning of March 2, 2021, Hanoi University of Pharmacy held a meeting to review the international cooperation activities in 2020 and proposed the orientation of some focus activities in 2021.
