School is one of the leading centers of the country on research and application of scientific techniques in production, is the focal point of international exchange in the field of training and scientific research of the pharmaceutical sector.

The Annual Staff meeting in 2011
On 28th December 2011 at lecture hall 12, in collaboration with Trade Union, the University Management Board held the Annual Staff meeting to review and evaluate the results of the school year 2010-2011 and passed the directions and tasks of the school year 2011-2012 as well as elected the People ‘s Inspection Board (2011-2013).
Getting vote of credits for appointing and reappointing the title of Vice Rector
In order to get vote of credits for appointing and reappointing the title of Vice Rector, a staff assembly was held on December 8th, 2011 and chaired by the Rector of Hanoi University of Pharmacy and Personnel Department (Ministry of Health).

The speech at 50 year Anniversary of construction and development of HUP and getting Labour Hero Title (11.11.2011)
On the morning of 11th November 2011, there was a solemn ceremony celebrating 50 year Anniversary of construction and development of HUP and getting Labour Hero Title in HUP. On behalf of University leaders, Associate Professor Dr Thai Nguyen Hung Thu, Vice Rector, made an important speech at the ceremony. The organizer’s committee would like to introduce the whole speech by Associate Professor Dr Thai Nguyen Hung Thu.
40 -year -membership badge awarding ceremony
Implementing the decision No 881-QĐ/TU dated 23th August 2011 of HN Minicipal Committee on granting badges, on 3rd November 2011 at the meeting of the secretaries of the local party cells.
THE HANOI UNIVERSITY OF PHARMACY (HUP) HAVE BEEN CONFERRED THE EMULATION BANNER OF MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINNING (MOET)
In school year 2010-2011, the collective of administrative, lecturing/teaching and training staff, trainees and students of the HUP have put much endeavour and have achieved many advanced successes. The first time, the self-assessment works have been organized comprehensively by the HUP.
OPENING 16TH COURSE MASTER AND AWARDING 2011-YEAR-PHARMATICAL MASTERS AND DOCTORS
20/10/2011, 11:19:23 - Hanoi University of Pharmacy (HUP) opened 16th course master and awarded 2011-year-pharmatical Masters and Doctors in October 14th 2011 in Nguy Nhu Kontum Meeting Hall.
Graduation Ceremony for Pharmacists of School-year 2011
On July 21st 2011, Hanoi University of Pharmacy organized the ceremony of school year closure and graduation for 638 students of the regular course No. 61, the connected course No.42 and the course No.4 of second degree system.
2011-2012 Entrance exams to HUP
In 2011-2012 entrance examination into Hanoi University of Pharmacy, there were 3507 records for full-time programs, 964 for in-service programs and second-diploma-system.
Hanoi University of Pharmacy visit to Europe (April, 2011)
At the invitation of the President of Pierre Fabre group, November 2, 2011, the senior delegation of Hanoi University of Pharmacy visited and explored possibilities for cooperation with Toulouse 3 University and Pharmacology Research Institute.
